Your area of responsibility
- Preparation of meaningful business analyses, profitability calculations, identification of measures and their implementation
- Analysis of management reports
- Optimisation and improvement of processes
- Participation in the annual planning process as well as month-end closing activities
- Budget and forecasting
- Preparation of regular target/actual comparisons of costs and services
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Commercial support for international locations
- Supporting the operational units in their controlling tasks
- Strong stakeholder management (reliability, trust, credibility)
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (degree in business administration or similar, preferably with a focus on controlling)
- preferably at least 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Controllingfunktion, idealerweise im Bereich des übergreifenden Finanzcontrollings eines Produktionsunternehmens
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and reporting tools
- Proactive, self-reliant and self-confident personality
- Communication skills with an affinity for numbers as well as an analytical and structured way of working
- Good command of English
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Ability and pleasure in working independently, in a structured, analytically clean and entrepreneurial manner, enthusiasm for key figure systems and their importance
- High level of commitment and willingness
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel within the framework of 1 time per week at the location in CZ and 4 times per year 1 week each in the USA

Key position reporting directly to the management with a varied range of tasks!
We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary for this position. The full-time basic salary (38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for employment group III for this position is between € 2,150 and € 5,000 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and work experience.
