Your area of responsibility
  • Current accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, dunning process,…)
  • Travel expense and credit card accounting
  • Insurances
  • Communication with offices and authorities

    In the case of full-time employment:

  • Backup employee for payroll accounting
  • Preparation of service contracts and supplementary agreements
  • Support with the settlement of accounts
  • Completed commercial school education (Matura is an advantage)
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Accountancy qualification desirable, ideally also experience in payroll accounting
  • MS-Office and BMD user knowledge
  • Accurate, independent and structured way of working

Key position reporting directly to the management with a varied range of tasks!

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary for this position. The full-time basic salary (38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for group III for this position is between € 2,150 and € 2,500 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, this will of course increase.

Full-time employment would only be possible in conjunction with payroll.
